Depending on the event you are attending and the moment you make your booking, your order will be registered to one of the following delivery methods.
All bookings made up to one month prior to the date of an event will be shipped by DHL.
If your order is to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your tickets are dispatched, enabling you to track the location of your package at anytime.
The Shipping cost is based on your delivery address and the total amount is automatically calculated when you enter tour country on the check out page.
As DHL operates daytime exclusively, from Monday to Friday, we strongly recommend you use your working address as the delivery address for your tickets.
Please note that you can change your address directly in the dedicated section of your customer account. You can login to your account on the top-right corner of the Gootickets page.
The on-site ticket collection method (formerly referred to as Pick-Up) is activated for all bookings made within the last 3-4 weeks preceding the event date.
This delivery method consists in the customer collecting his tickets directly at the event, redeeming them with an e-voucher that is generally available on his customer account approximately two weeks preceding the event.
You will receive an email from Gootickets.com when your e-vouchers are available for download from your customer account.
Please note that it is mandatory to present a printed version of your e-voucher and valid photo identification to collect your tickets at the event.
For some events, the Organiser favours the use of e-tickets.
Should this be the case for the event you are attending, please note that you will receive an email from Gootickets.com when your e-tickets will be available on your customer account.
This email will advise you on how to download and print your e-ticket.
Please note that it is mandatory to present a printed version of your e-ticket to enjoy access to the circuit.
